Opportunities to Get Involved at York College

York is a place where you get involved, get connected, and make campus yours. With over 75 clubs and organizations (and counting!), you can explore interests, try something new, or keep pursuing what you already love. Academic groups, cultural organizations, performance ensembles, esports, Greek life, intramurals — whatever you're into, there's a community here for you.

Our events calendar is full all year long. Events include day trips to NYC or MLB games, Homecoming Weekend, Bingo, Trivia Night, and concerts that have brought artists like Flo Rida and Yung Gravy to campus.

Once you find your place, there are plenty of ways to lead:

  • Serve on a club executive board
  • Take on a role in Greek leadership
  • Apply to be an Orientation Leader
  • Sign up to volunteer at events

And if you're just getting started — no stress. Orientation and the Involvement Fair are designed to introduce you to everything and help you make connections early on.

Here, involvement isn't a box to check. It's how you make York feel like home.
