Dr. Patrice DiQuinzio Named Interim Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs

Dr. Patrice DiQuinzio has been named Interim Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs. She will begin her appointment on July 1.

We look forward to having her at York College to continue the important work in Academic Affairs as we conduct a national search for a provost. Her previous experience has positioned her well for this assignment.

DiQuinzio’s recent positions include Provost and Dean of the College, Washington College; Associate Provost for Academic Services, Washington College; and Professor of Philosophy and Director of Women’s Studies, Muhlenberg College.

Dr. DiQuinzio’s scholarship has included articles and several books on mothering and feminist theory. She earned a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Villanova University and a master’s degree and doctoral degree in philosophy from Bryn Mawr College.
