We invite you to S.A.V.E. the date and join Dr. Robyn Maitoza, Associate Professor, Human Services, for a Student-Alumni Virtual Event on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at 7 p.m. ET. Alumni from the Human Services, Sociology, and Recreation Leadership majors are invited to connect and network with graduating seniors to share career advice, current workplace experiences, and more.
Dr. Maitoza enjoys teaching Senior Seminar and providing graduating seniors with the tools and strategies to be successful after graduation. She loves hearing what YCP alums are doing, and, more importantly, Robyn values the importance of connecting current students to our talented alumni who are doing amazing things to make a difference.

From York to the Moon: Thoughts on the new commercial frontier
We invite you to join us for this exciting webinar hosted by William Amtmann '19 as we explore space in "From York to the Moon: Thoughts on the new commercial frontier."
William Amtmann graduated with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering in 2019 from York College of Pennsylvania. During college, he pursued a career in space exploration where his work contributed to local and national projects at NASA's Stennis Space Center. Currently, he works at Intuitive Machines in Houston, Texas, on a new mission to be part of a great team trying to achieve a soft landing on the moon.
