Get Ready for York College’s Annual Day of Giving with #YCPGives 2026

On February 19th, 2026, York College will once again host its annual day of giving with #YCPGives. Come help us reach our donation goal while supporting your favorite parts of the College.

As the academic year moves through another chilly February, the York College of Pennsylvania community will once again come together for #YCPGives 2026, the College’s annual day of giving to support its students and programs dedicated to enhancing the educational experience.

Last year, the York College community surpassed the donation goal, raising $258,994 through 1,928 gifts during #YCPGives 2025. Hoping to continue the momentum, York College is aiming to surpass those numbers with challenges to increase support and giving, along with fun experiences planned throughout the day for students.

For this year, the overall donation goal is $235,000. There will be a special menu in the dining hall, opportunities to win prizes, and the chance to pie select members of the staff in the face for a $10 gift.

Among the new challenges emerging this year is the Spartan for Life Match, in which the Board of Trustees will offer a dollar-for-dollar matching challenge for all gifts made to the York College Fund. Also, for the second year in a row, Match Madness with York College President Thomas Burns, Ph.D, will take place, where Dr. Burns will match student gifts dollar-for-dollar.

Don’t miss out on donating to the Spartan Athletic teams as well! They are eager to meet their fundraising goals and to raise money to help support their teams’ travel, supply needs, and overall Spartan experience.
