York College Visit Grant

Take advantage of our Visit Grant

We know how important the campus visit is in your college search. That’s why we’re offering a Visit Grant for first-year and transfer students who visit our beautiful campus!

Visit Grant for First-Year Students 

  • First-year students who visit campus between July 1, 2026 and May 7, 2027, submit their FAFSA, and enroll full-time at York College for the Fall 2027 semester will receive $1,000 off their first-year tuition.
  • Make a second visit between February 1, 2027 and May 7, 2027 to extend your Visit Grant for all four years. Eligible students can receive up to $4,000 ($1,000 per year) over four years, beginning with the Fall 2027 semester.

Visit Grant for Transfer Students

Spring 2027 Start

  • Transfer students who visit campus between July 16, 2026 and December 18, 2026, submit their FAFSA, and enroll full-time at York College for the Spring 2027 semester will receive $250 off their first-semester tuition.
  • Make a second visit during the same timeframe to extend your Visit Grant for up to five additional full-time semesters. Eligible students can receive up to $1,500. That's $250 per semester (excluding summers) for up to six full-time semesters.

Fall 2027 Start

  • Transfer students who visit campus between January 1, 2027 and August 15, 2027, submit their FAFSA, and enroll at York College for the Fall 2027 semester will receive $500 off their first-year tuition.
  • Make a second visit between February 1, 2027 and August 15, 2027 to extend your Visit Grant for an additional two years. Eligible students can receive up to $1,500. That's $250 per semester (excluding summers) for up to six full-time semesters.
