Discounted Graduate Programs

York College's Graduate and Professional Studies is excited to announce new discounted tuition rates exclusively for alumni for select programs within the Graham School of Business and the School of Nursing and Health Professions.
  • Graham School of Business: Masters of Accounting, Business Administration, Leadership, and Integrated Marketing Communication.
  • School of Nursing and Health Professions: Master of Science in Nursing in one of the following specialities—Adult Gerontology Clinical Nurse Specialist, Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Educator, and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

    Alumni can order a copy of their official and unofficial college transcripts by using this link and selecting York College of Pennsylvania from the drop-down menu. For additional information on transcripts, including fees, contact the Records Office.

    For unofficial transcripts only, you can view online for free via the web portal. Once you log on, click on the YCP Web icon, click Student Services, click Student Records and select Academic Transcripts.


    To obtain a copy of your diploma, please contact the Records Office at 717.815.1504.

    Alumni are able to purchase clothing and gifts from the YCP bookstore and receive 15% off their order. To activate the discount, visit the bookstore website and enter the promo code ALUM. *Please note: This discount cannot be combined with any additional offers.


    Alumni are able to access the Grumbacher Sports & Fitness Center during Fall Fest/Homecoming Weekend and Spring Alumni Weekend.

    Library services for alumni include complimentary borrowing of print books and DVDs and walk-in use of electronic databases. For library hours and further information, please visit or call 717.815.1304.

    *Please note: Because of availability and cost, alumni may not use interlibrary loan, color printing, or scanning services.


    Alumni who are residents of Pennsylvania and Maryland are eligible to order York College of Pennsylvania specialized license plates.  Click on your state below to download the application. Fees and other information are included on the form.



    (The Maryland license plate is currently being redesigned and not available for purchase. Please check back at a later date for updated information.)

    We are here to assist you with your ongoing career and professional development! The Career Development Center teaches students and alumni the tools and techniques that will help them to be successful in lifelong career planning. As alumni, you can access the resources the Career Development Center offers. Check out the career services website to learn about career counseling and access online resources including cover letter and resume writing help, job and internship resources, credential files, graduate school, and much more.

    You can also access their online platform, Spartan Career Path. 

    Spartan Career Path is York College of Pennsylvania's one-stop-shop for your career management. It provides employers and students 24/7 access to resources, services, job postings, and employer information. All York College students receive an account, which remains active throughout the college experience and continues as an alumnus. Services include:

    • Schedule appointments with a career professional
    • Access self-assessments and comprehensive Document Library of how-to resources
    • View the schedule of workshops and events including career fairs
    • Manage and the job search
    • Research employers and access their contact information
    • Submit resumes for approval 
    • Virtual Mock Interview Module


    See below for instructions on how you can access Spartan Career Path using your YCP network credentials and single sign-on:

    1. Go to and click on the MyYCP link.
    2. Click on the LTS icon
    3. Search for myycp
    4. There will be many results - click on the link that ONLY SAYS myycp
    5. You should now see all 30 icons and be able to access Spartan Career Path with the Green/White C

    We are now receiving hundreds of 'curated' jobs each week, vastly increasing the opportunities viewable to you in Spartan Career Path through the Spartan Career Path job search. These will also come through in the biweekly Job Blasts that we send to alumni for one year after graduation.

    Remember the EXTENDED JOB SEARCH feature provides access to nationwide and worldwide positions.

    As alumni, you will still have access to the full slate of Career Development resources including appointments, workshops, and career fairs. The schedule for these will be available in Spartan Career Path.

    Appointments can be scheduled through Spartan Career Path and held on the phone—just enter the phone number you would like us to use to contact you in the appointment notes, and send us any relevant documents via email in advance so we can use our appointment time most effectively.

    Home Buyer Incentive Program

    Alumni Home Buyer Assistance Program - In order to foster homeownership in the York City neighborhood north of the campus and to encourage alumni to make their homes and pursue their careers in the York area, York College provides support for selected graduates to reside in certain designated areas of the City of York close to the College’s campus.
