A Connected Community Isn't Found — It's Built.

The Department of Institutional and Enrollment Marketing is responsible for leading college-wide strategic marketing efforts, with primary goals of increasing visibility and awareness, strengthening the York College brand, and recruiting students.

We oversee all aspects of the College's brand identity and marketing efforts, including:

  • Branding and Visual Identity
  • Creative Services
  • Enrollment Marketing
  • Admissions Events
  • Social Media
  • Website Management

We believe in the power of storytelling, and using real-life examples from our campus community to show our audiences what makes York College such a special place.

Our team of marketing and creative professionals offers a full range of services to faculty and staff: institutional website management, graphic design projects, social media channels, videography, photography, enrollment marketing materials and direct communications, admissions event coordination, and more.

Brand Resources

Welcome to the York College of Pennsylvania Brand Resource Center

Our brand is stronger when our messages are focused — and more compelling when our audiences know how they benefit from everything we offer. In this Brand Resource Center, you will find helpful guides and assets to help you accurately represent the York College brand.

Before using an official York College of Pennsylvania logo, we ask that you first review the College's Visual Identity Guidelines.

This document provides information about proper use of official College logos. Following these guidelines ensures that we are all working together to present a consistent image that promotes York College's identity and increases our visibility in the community.

In addition to the primary College logos, additional logos for each academic school, department, and administrative area are available for download.

Slide Templates and Digital Letterhead

To assist faculty and staff in creating on-brand presentations and digital communications, templates have been designed for PowerPoint/Google Slides and digital letterhead.

Please note that employees will need to be logged into their York College account to access these files. If you need access to template fonts, please contact the LTS Helpdesk at for assistance with font installation.

Ordering Business Cards and Print Stationery

A coordinated system of stationery is important to presenting the College’s brand identity clearly and consistently. Letterhead, envelopes, and business cards are often the first graphic representation of the College to a variety of audiences. All stationery items must be ordered using the online ordering site. All York College stationery must use the stacked version of the Tier One primary logo.

Questions about any of the online items can be directed to:

About Photography Services at York College

The Department of Institutional and Enrollment Marketing uses PhotoShelter to maintain an archive of campus photography. Members of the York College community are encouraged to browse these galleries to locate and download images that support their needs. The Department also provides services to the YCP community in the following ways:

Employee and Student Headshots

The College's professional photography studio, equipped with high-quality lighting, a clean white backdrop, and top-notch photography gear; is located on West Campus in Grantley Hall (Room 17). A time must be requested and confirmed through the Campus Photographer.

Academic Organization, Program, or Class Group Photos

For each group, the school photographer will work with the individual who requested the photo to select a space that works best for the number of group members, lighting, and context. A date, time, and location will then be determined, and it is up to the photo requester to ensure all group members are informed and in attendance. Due to the limited resources within our department, we cannot accept individual student organizations' requests at this time. If you would like consultation with a project, please feel free to contact our photographer, and we will assist you as best we can.

Event Photography

The school photographer may be requested to attend to capture candid moments and staged photographs for events. Priority consideration will be given where the College President is in attendance or the event is aligned with the College’s Strategic Plan.
Qualifying events include:

  • School-wide functions and celebrations
  • Convocation
  • Graduation
  • Homecoming and Family Weekend
  • WinterFest
  • Involvement Fair

For full consideration, photography requests should be sent to the photographer with at least two weeks' notice of the expected photography date. We understand that opportunities pop up unexpectedly and while we'll do our best to accommodate these last-minute requests, we cannot guarantee it. If a special circumstance requires photos to be delivered after or during the event with an expedited turnaround, please communicate this information in the initial request so that the photographer can plan accordingly and assess if the request is possible at that time. The final edited photos will be available 1-2 weeks after photos are taken.

Please note that, in most cases, the unit or department requesting services will be responsible for the cost.

How to Submit a Photo Request

Photo requests should be submitted through our online photography request form. If you are unsure how to fill out the form or have questions in advance of submitting a formal request, please email

Photography Timeline

From the date that the initial request is received, the photography timeline and process is as follows:

  1. The photographer will coordinate with the requester to schedule a date, time, and location. The photo calendar is usually booked two weeks in advance, so we ask that at least two weeks' notice be given.
  2. The photographer will take the photograph(s) on the decided date/time. For group photos, we ask that the requester be present to ensure all necessary participants are in attendance.
  3. The photographer will sort, edit, and deliver the photographs in 1-2 weeks via a YCP PhotoShelter link. PhotoShelter is York College’s photo database and can be accessed by anyone with a YCP email address.
