York College offers versatile spaces for conferences, meetings, receptions, weddings, banquets, and more. To book, contact our Campus Events and Conferences Manager who will help you choose the right venue and coordinate details for your event. We recommend booking 3-6 months in advance to ensure availability, especially for large events or during peak times.
To confirm your booking, we require a 50% deposit of the room rental fee at contract signing, with the remaining balance due closer to the event date. Cancellation at any time will result in forfeiture of the deposit. If canceled within 30 days of the event, York College may retain all fees. In case of official college closure due to inclement weather, we'll attempt to facilitate the event remotely or reschedule. If rescheduling isn't possible, your deposit will be returned.
