Nestled on the west campus in Little Run Lodge, Alumni Hall offers a versatile and well-equipped space on the ground floor. It features in-room technology, customizable setups, and a partition for flexible layouts. The hall boasts ample nearby parking and easy access to a dining hall on the second floor. Its large windows provide an open, airy feel, breaking away from the confines of a typical conference room. Alumni Hall is the perfect setting for your next event.

Our largest facility on campus is the Grumbacher Sport and Fitness Center, which offers a variety of spaces. The most popular is the M&T Bank Field House, a three-court field house with an indoor track on the upper level. This expansive space is ideal for hosting a wide range of events, including conferences, sporting events, graduations, receptions, and more.

WPAC Theatre

As the largest theatre on campus, the Waldner Performing Arts Center Theatre offers seating for up to 696 guests, making it the ideal venue for large-scale events. The theatre is equipped with a sound and lighting system, multiple dressing rooms, a green room, and a dedicated principal dressing room to support seamless productions. Additional amenities include a convenient box office and spacious lobbies on both the first and second floors. This space provides a versatile setting for a performance, awards ceremony, presentation, reception, or another special event.

York College offers versatile spaces for conferences, meetings, receptions, weddings, banquets, and more. To book, contact our Campus Events and Conferences Manager who will help you choose the right venue and coordinate details for your event. We recommend booking 3-6 months in advance to ensure availability, especially for large events or during peak times.

To confirm your booking, we require a 50% deposit of the room rental fee at contract signing, with the remaining balance due closer to the event date. Cancellation at any time will result in forfeiture of the deposit. If canceled within 30 days of the event, York College may retain all fees. In case of official college closure due to inclement weather, we'll attempt to facilitate the event remotely or reschedule. If rescheduling isn't possible, your deposit will be returned.

Yes! Simply fill out the event inquiry form, and we will arrange a tour of our event spaces to help you visualize your event and make the best decision.

For safety and cleanliness, helium balloons are not permitted, but air-filled balloons and balloon arches are allowed. Confetti, glitter, and real candles are prohibited; please use fake flames or LED candles instead.
