York College of PA, YWCA York present exhibit of artwork created by sexual assault survivors on April 1

York College and the YWCA York will kick off Sexual Assault Awareness Month with the April 1 opening of an exhibit of artwork created by survivors expressing the impact sexual assault had on them. The 5:30 p.m. event at Marketview Arts (37 West Philadelphia Street, York) is open to the public free of charge and will include remarks by artist and survivor Erica Gaimari, who curated the exhibit, and a live poetry reading.

"Survivors: A Conversation About Consent" will be on display in the lower-level gallery of Marketview Arts during the month of April.
