York College of PA to host May 31 LGBTQIA+ Rights Awareness and Advocacy Town Hall

York College of Pennsylvania’s Marketview Arts is hosting a “Town Hall on The Mental Health Of LGBTQ+ Youth” from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., May 31. The event is open to the public free of charge; registration is required by May 29. Questions should be directed to Advocacy@thetrevorproject.org.

The event is designed to share ongoing efforts to protect Pennsylvania’s LGBTQIA+ youth from “conversion therapy,” provide an opportunity to hear from local and statewide leaders, and gather activists and allies. It is co-presented by the Rainbow Rose Center, The Trevor Project, and PFLAG.
