Jessica Zartman

Jessica Zartman is the Director of the Urban Collaborative at the Center for Community Engagement. She earned her Master of Public Policy & Administration in 2025 and has a bachelor's in Sociology & Equity Studies. Prior to her current position, she served as the Arthur J. Glatfelter Institute for Public Policy's Graduate Scholar. In 2024, her article was selected for publication by the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences Today Newsletter. Jessica is interested in community-based research to illuminate the needs, strengths, and experiences of disadvantaged populations. She loves nature, animals, music, and spending as much time as possible outdoors with her husband and their two dogs.
