York College of Pennsylvania has named alumnus Oscar Winters as Executive Director of the J.D. Brown Center for Entrepreneurship, effective Dec. 1, 2023. He previously served as Associate Director of Entrepreneur Programs and Engagement at the College.

As Executive Director, Winters will continue to manage the J.D. Brown Center’s on-campus business incubator and will be charged with fulfilling its mission to inspire, educate, and support aspiring entrepreneurs on campus and in the community.

“With a wealth of experience gained as an intern and as Associate Director, Oscar is well-positioned to drive the Center’s vision, expand partnerships, and enhance programming to empower individuals to turn their innovative ideas into successful ventures,” said Jeff Vermeulen, Chief of Staff and former Executive Director of the J.D. Winters is currently an elected member of the Lewisberry Borough Council. He and his wife, Katie, reside in Lewisberry with their two children.
