While that first day of college may seem far away, the reality is it's just around the corner. And we know you want to start narrowing down your options. We want you to see what York College does from day one to set you up for success. This event is open to students just starting their senior year, students who are still making their college decision for this fall, and transfer students!

During this event you will have the opportunity to:

  • Chat with faculty and administration
  • Learn about admissions, student life, and financial aid
  • Tour Campus
  • Learn what it really means to be a York College Spartan

Open House Schedule

8:30 AM

Registration:
Our doors will open at 8:30 a.m. EST where you will have the opportunity to meet your admission counselor, enjoy some refreshments, and get an opportunity to walk around the Grumbacher Sport and Fitness Center

9:00 AM

Welcome:
Hear from York College's President, Dr. Pamela Gunter-Smith, Vice President for Enrollment Management, Brian Hazlett, and one of our current Spartans

10:00 AM

Academic Sessions:
This is your opportunity to meet with our expert faculty and explore the program that you are most interested in!

11:00 AM

Campus Tours & Activities Fair:
Beginning at 11:00 a.m. you can attend our activities fair, where you can meet: Academic Advising, Career Development, Health Services, Study Abroad, and more! During this time we will also be hosting campus tours that will start every 15 minutes.

11:30 AM

Presentation and Lunch Rotation:
At 11:30 a.m. you will be able hear all about Campus Life, get information about the admission and financial aid process, or learn about Athletics and Campus Recreation. During this rotation you will also have the opportunity to enjoy lunch in Johnson Dining Hall, York's main dining facility.
