Legal Studies minor is designed for students who are interested in understanding the role of law in society, including those considering law school or graduate studies. The minor enhances students’ preparation for careers in the practice of law and related professions.

Students must complete a total of 18 credits, as outlined in the Academic Catalog, to fulfill the requirements of this minor. The curriculum includes a core course in Principles of Law, as well as five additional courses chosen from a list of eligible electives.
