Fine Art Minor

The Minor in Fine Art provides students the opportunity to pursue creativity through visual mediums, practice hands-on creative crafts, and build skill sets necessary for visual expression. Students pursuing the Minor in Fine Art may select from a number of art mediums and electives that suit their preferences, in order to find effective connections between artistic practice and other academic, research and professional pursuits. The Fine Art minor is especially appropriate for students majoring in graphic design, theatre, anthropology, education, psychology, history, foreign language, advertising, marketing, writing, and majors in the business and hospitality industries, as well as in other areas.
