Urban Education (Minor)

Declaring a minor is a powerful way to gain a competitive edge from day one. Urban Education can propel your degree to new heights by gaining crucial insight into diverse student populations and the common issues found in city schools across the nation. This minor will involve both course and fieldwork designed to help you feel successful in urban schools. You will gain self-efficacy in working with various types of student groups and settings. Non-education majors will also find plenty of opportunities to build interdisciplinary skills.
