York College names Holly Morreels as Title IX Coordinator

York College of Pennsylvania has named Holly Morreels of York as Title IX Coordinator, a federally mandated position for all educational institutions. She will be responsible for reviewing, investigating and resolving reports of sex discrimination; coordinating required education and training programs; and preparing, compiling and submitting mandatory reports to external reporting bodies.

Morreels most recently worked as an EAP Coordinator for WellSpan Health's Employer Services Division. Prior to that, she served in various roles for the YWCA York/Victim Assistance Center, including clinical director. She earned a bachelor's degree from Juniata College and a master's in applied behavioral counseling from Johns Hopkins University.
