Senior class president Sarah Galantini signs the rock while dressed in her graduation regalia

Congratulations, York College Class of 2020!

York College will hold a virtual commencement ceremony at 3 p.m. on May 31 to celebrate and honor the Class of 2020. (An on-campus event will also be planned for the 2020-21 academic year.)

The ceremony will include remarks from Board of Trustees Chair Jeff Hines, President Pamela Gunter-Smith, and Class of 2020 President Sarah Galantini. Student photos will be shared as names are announced. Retiring faculty will be recognized, as well as the faculty winner of the Presidential Award for Teaching and Mentoring Excellence.

In addition, family members and friends will have the opportunity to post congratulations to specific student guestbooks, share real-time notes during the ceremony, and follow along with a digital version of a program.

Share the URL with family and friends who want to view the ceremony. This URL will soon take you to a microsite that features the video of the ceremony and other components like student guestbooks. There is no login or password, and the microsite will remain live for several weeks.
