York College of Pennsylvania has named Charles M. MacVean, Ph.D., as the founding dean of the Kinsley School of Engineering, Sciences and Technology, beginning on July 1, 2019.

Ivy Buchan ’04 runs her own successful business. Now, she’s part of a mentorship program that pairs York College alumni with current students — to share her successes, and mistakes with her mentee, Hayley Althoff ’19.

A generous gift will provide ongoing support for a York College program that annually provides a scholarship to a local student to study the arts at the College.
