If you need group motivation and a change of pace, group exercise is perfect. We offer both student and employee-focused classes that address your physical and mental wellness.
We suggest trying out the high-intensity, calorie-burning, ever-popular H.I.I.T and Zumba classes if you want a heavy but fun workout, or a yoga class for a calming focus. Classes are open to all fitness levels and, as always, are free to anyone with Grumbacher access. Classes are first come, first serve; you can sign up starting 30 minutes before the class at the welcome desk. We now have Rec*It FITNESS app to put our Group Exercise schedule at your fingertips, too! Just visit the IM Leagues page and enter your mobile number in the Rec*It box.
