Kevin Broccoli is a Rhode Island actor, director, writer and producer, who received the Bob Jolly Award at the 2019 IRNE Awards Ceremony in Boston. The Bob Jolly Award is presented each year at the IRNE Awards Ceremony to an outstanding theater artist who exemplifies Bob Jolly’s own passion for live, local theater. Kevin Broccoli is the founder and Artistic Director of Epic Theatre Company in Cranston, R.I., which most recently presented his play Lizzie Borden, Lizzie Borden. His plays also include American Strippers, The Married Name, Marshall, Rose’s Money, and more. He is the author of three short story collections, and the writer/producer of the web series “Amateurs.” He recently portrayed Hedwig in Hedwig and the Angry Inch at Academy Players in Providence.
