Educational Leadership Specialization

Our Education Leadership program can help you advance in your career as a school leader. Your studies will include organizational leadership, school financial management, school supervision, and a capstone supervised administrative internship. Graduates of this program position themselves to become building principals, supervisors, coordinators and teacher leaders. Pursuing this option will allow you to apply for the Pennsylvania Principal PK-12 Administrative Certificate.

Our faculty will guide you every step of the way. They include some of the most talented, dynamic, and respected administrators in the area. Our program quality is demonstrated by the large number of alumni who are currently working as principals, directors of curriculum and instruction, department chairs and team leaders in South Central Pennsylvania and beyond.

We welcome all teachers who possess a valid teaching certification to complete our free online application. After submitting your application (see our Application Procedures for guidance), you will be contacted and asked to submit supplemental materials, including a valid teaching certification, undergraduate transcripts, letters of recommendation, a resume, and an employment verification letter.
