A Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in Social Enterprise and Not-for-Profit Management provides students with the knowledge, skills and mindset necessary to play a key leadership role in a not-for-profit organization. At York College, you will learn similarities and differences between types of organizations and the management competencies needed for each while developing your leadership skills.

With this concentration the career paths are endless and students have the opportunity to apply their academic learning in service to the community through internships and eventually their career.
