Study Abroad Center

From short-term trips to full semester excursions, York College students are taking advantage of opportunities to see the world and be immersed in a different culture. We love seeing students come back with stories to tell and experiences to share that improve them academically, emotionally, and professionally.

These eye-opening experiences require commitment, responsibility, independence, attention to detail, and being accepting of different ways of living. Sound like you — or the person you are working on becoming? Then studying abroad is what you need to explore. Our office is committed to helping you find the global experience that best fits your goals.

"My study abroad experience was an amazing opportunity to explore a new region of the world and to open up my eyes to many different cultures. Getting adapted to the new way of life with a whole new group of students was the most difficult part of studying abroad but once you make those new connections and bonds they are some of the greatest you will make."
