Our Leadership Skills Framework was created through an extensive review of existing competency models, employment data and research related to 21st century skills and attributes.
We identified three essential skill clusters that recent college graduates
need to navigate today’s careers:

- Engaging Others: Mastering the art of small talk, building trust-based relationships, listening with empathy, valuing differences, delivering effective presentations, and collaborating and working in teams
- Leading Yourself: Taking initiative, developing integrity, increasing self-awareness, managing multiple priorities, seeking feedback, rebounding from setbacks, and building your personal brand
