Digital Pedagogy

The Center for Academic Innovation explores with faculty the ways in which technology can potentially transform our pedagogies in positive directions. We believe that good technologies for teaching and learning are rooted in the same principles as sound pedagogy, and we encourage innovation, creativity, exploration, discovery, and collaboration.

By providing workshops, teaching academies, grants for testing new teaching approaches, and other professional development opportunities, we bring together a community of faculty that strives to foster digital innovations in their teaching and research in a collaborative and supportive environment. Our partnership with faculty continues throughout the semester to ensure the productive implementation and assessment of digital tools.

York College of Pennsylvania is a proud member of the Online Learning Consortium.
