LTS Help Desk
The mission of the LTS Help Desk is to provide quality service to the YCP community in addressing all technology-related needs. Located in Schmidt Library, the LTS Help Desk is a friendly place to discuss technical concerns. Students, faculty and staff receive assistance with general computing issues including hardware, campus-supported software, network connectivity and user accounts. We provide problem resolution and personal assistance to help you make the most of YCP and personal technology resources such as handheld devices and game consoles.
LTS Help uses the Footprints customer support service to provide a single system for tracking customer requests, issues, and knowledge base information. The Footprints service catalog can be used to submit requests or issues to the LTS Department.
