Alice in Wonderland

December 8, 2018, 10 a.m.
Waldner Performing Arts Center

This 45-minute version follows Alice (Taara Muhammad, sophomore theatre major from Forestville, Md.) and her encounters with all of the story’s favorite characters. There’s hopscotch with Tweedle-Dee and Tweedle-Dum (Julie Cox, first-year forensic chemistry major from Lancaster, and Morgan Rinehart, first-year hospitality major from Thomasville); a madly musical Tea Party with the Mad Hatter (Vivian Ferris, senior mass communications major from Chester Springs), March Hare (Dax Lyle, first-year theatre major from Roswell, Ga.), and Dormouse (Stiles Colbert, first-year theatre major from Harrisburg); and a round of croquet with the Queen of Hearts (Amalea Williams, junior theatre major from Hanover). Each adventure brings her closer to home and out of the madness of Wonderland. Don’t be late for this very important date with us for this year’s holiday matinee offering. Fall down the rabbit hole and join the White Rabbit, the Cheshire Cat, the Mad Hatter and the Red Queen as they lead Alice on an incredible journey in this 45-minute family-friendly version of Lewis Carroll’s famous story that questions what reality is and what path we should take on our way to adulthood. Directed by Seth Werner.
