Featuring Collective Rogue Arts members Reagan Bitler, Ophelia Chambliss, Jeannine Dabb, Kristin Kest, Nicole Osborne, Andrew Smith, and Debbie Toluba, the exhibition includes individual and collaborative works in a variety of media.

Please join us for National First Generation to College Celebration Day at Marketview Arts. In this exhibition, YCP students use photography and other art forms to tell their own stories of resilience, grit, and determination in becoming the first in their families to attend college.

 

Stephen March: Retrospective

Using various media, Stephen March examines the fragile and ephemeral nature of human existence, especially in the context of social turmoil and crisis. This retrospective exhibition spans more than four decades, addressing the political, social, and spiritual issues and events of their time.

The annual York Community Art Scholars Exhibition (YCASE) Art Walk showcases artwork by students from participating high schools within 5 to 10 miles of downtown York.

The YCASE Finalist Exhibition features artworks from each participating school that are considered exceptional by jurors, and a select number of these pieces are chosen by a guest juror to receive awards.

 

Amos Paul Kennedy Jr.: Agitate, Agitate, Agitate

Amos Paul Kennedy Jr. is a letterpress printer, papermaker, and book artist best known for social and political commentary. Kennedy creates printed items from handset wood and metal type, oil-based inks, and eco-friendly affordable paper and chipboard at his studio, Kennedy Prints!, in Detroit.

 

Brittany Dao and Jordan Fosheé: Arts Fellowship Exhibition

The Appell Arts Fellowship and Powder Mill Foundation Arts Fellowship are residency programs awarded to recent graduates of YCP’s art program. The Fellowships promote community engagement and the continued artistic growth of the Fellows. This exhibition celebrates the collective work of 2023-24 Fellows, Brittany Dao and Jordan Fosheé.
