Alumni Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is the governing body of the Alumni Association of York College. The Board is an important component of the York College governance structure and heavily collaborates with the Office of Alumni Relations to engage alumni in the life of the College. 

Directors are elected by the Alumni Association and serve a three-year term. Directors may be nominated and elected for a maximum of three consecutive terms. Directors serve on a minimum of one standing committee and are expected to attend both committee and board meetings on a regular basis. Full board meetings occur three times  a year with committee meetings on an as-needed basis.

    Are you interested in learning more about joining the Alumni Board of Directors? Complete the Involvement Form (linked below) or email us at alumni@ycp.edu.

    Elections for returning and new board members are held annually in late spring. Should a vacancy arise during the year, there is the possibility of joining earlier. Let us know if you would like to be considered for future openings!
