Spartan Snapshots

  • Founded his own nonprofit counseling and consulting agency, TLieb Counseling, that has provided a variety of financially accessible services for over 32 years
  • Earned a Master’s in Education from Lehigh University after graduating from YCP
  • Instrumental in acquiring “The Rock” alongside fellow Spartan Vince Rice ’72 and initiating the tradition of signing it at graduation
  • One summer he worked as a clown named Patches with Circus Kirk, an all-student circus founded by Dr. Charles Boas, a history professor at York College
  • Received both the Donald Suereth Memorial Student Activities Award and the Rotary Club of York “Service Above Self” Award while he was a student
  • Named professors Jake Jaquet, Ken Scalet, and Al Williams as his favorites during his time at York College for taking a personal interest in him and supporting him
  • YCP Student Involvement: Student Senate President of the first York College class, Men’s Cross Country, and the Varsity Club
