  • Where is Alumni Relations located?

    The Office of Alumni Relations is located in Grantley Hall on West Campus.  View the York College campus map.

  • Can alumni receive awards for their post-graduation achievements?

    York College alumni are an accomplished group. In recognition of outstanding efforts by alumni as well as by non-alumni affiliated with the college, the alumni association board of directors gives four awards.

  • My son or daughter is planning on attending York College, is there a scholarship they can apply for?

    Yes! For more than 25 years the Alumni Association has recognized the special relationship that exists when different generations of the same family are represented at York College. During that time more than 380 students have received Alumni Scholarships. The Alumni Association Scholarship for the 2018-2019 academic year is now available.

  • How do I join the Alumni Association?

    Once you graduate, you are automatically an alumnus and a member of the York College Alumni Association. Once a Spartan, always a Spartan! Just make sure you keep your contact information up-to-date with our online community. If we don't know how to contact you, we can't tell you about events, activities, and benefits.

  • How can I update my contact information?

    If you move, let us know! To provide your email or home address and employment information, submit your information online or email us at

  • Where do I get my transcript?

    Official transcripts can be ordered for $5 from the Records Office. If you need help recalling your ID number for either of these requests, call us at 717.815.6642.

  • How can I stay connected if I move outside the Susquehanna Valley area?

    When we host events around the area, we email based on your zip code. If we know how to contact you, we can tell you about events and activities in your area. You can also become a Regional Ambassador in the Delaware Valley, New York City, Long Island, Chesapeake, Susquehanna Valley, and D.C. areas. The York College Alumni Association is on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Flickr, so you can always stay connected.

  • What benefits does the Alumni Association offer?

    We partner with several companies to provide discounts on everything from insurance and career guidance to discounts on YCP swag. More importantly, the York College Alumni Association is your lifelong connection to your alma mater and the greater alumni community.

  • How do I learn about events and activities you're planning?

    We update the website regularly. We share last minute updates with our followers on Facebook and Twitter. When you keep your household mailing address up-to-date, you'll receive the York College Magazine with greater in-depth coverage of alumni and campus news.

  • How long can I get assistance from the Career Development Center?

    Alumni are welcome to attend job fairs, workshops, panels, events and informational sessions hosted by the Career Development Center throughout their career, free of charge.

  • Can alumni access the Grumbacher Sports and Fitness Center?

    Alumni can access the Grumbacher Sport and Fitness Center during Fall Fest and Spring Alumni Weekend unless otherwise noted for an event.
