York's Nursing Education Center is located in McKay Hall. This facility houses five state-of-the-art learning laboratories, which replicate actual clinical settings: a basic nursing care lab, an adult health lab (critical care and chronic care), a maternal/ pediatric care lab, a home care lab, and a communication/mental health lab. The nursing media center and the computer laboratory provide opportunities for learning via computer-assisted programs and films. Video recording equipment is available so that students may record and critique their own performance in the process of developing communication and psychomotor skills.
McKay Hall also houses both faculty offices and classrooms for the Sport Management major.
