Campus Safety

All full-time and part-time students are required to obtain an Identification Card.  Each student receives their first ID card free during Orientation and the College's opening days.  While the first ID card is free, replacements due to theft, misplacement or damage will cost:
$10.00 for the 1st replacement card,
$20.00 for the 2nd replacement card,
$30.00 for 3 or more replacement cards.

Currently, the ID card is necessary for use of the library, computer centers, admission to student activities and athletic events, dining hall and for identification purposes.  The card is also used for access control to residence facilities and for the Grumbacher Sport and Fitness Center.  You should always have your student ID card with you while on campus and should present or give it to any College faculty, staff, or administrator upon request.

Unless otherwise noted, all ID cards may be obtained in the Campus Safety office.  In order to receive an ID card, including replacement cards, a student must present a current class schedule or bill that has the student's ID number printed on it and another form of photo ID such as a driver's license; these items are required without exception.

Should you lose your ID Card, report it immediately to the Department of Campus Safety in Manor Northeast or call 717-815-1314 between 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and 717-577-1314 after 5 pm.  Additionally, flex card users must deactivate their card by logging onto the ID management site and clicking on the "lost/stolen" link.  Deactivation should be completed prior to obtaining your replacement card.  Once the lost or stolen card has been replaced, flex card user must reactivate their card from the ID management site in order for the new card to work properly.
