Evacuation Route: New Oxford Jr. / Sr. High School
From York College (west of the College): Make a right from the main college entrance onto Country Club Road. Make a right onto Richland Avenue and follow to West Market Street. Make a left onto West Market Street (this street turns into Rt. 30 West). Follow Rt. 30 West approximately 18.3 miles. Make a right onto North Berlin Street, and than make another right onto Berlin Road to Reception Center: New Oxford Jr./Sr. High School.
Alternate Route 1:
From York College (west of the College): Make a right from the main college entrance onto Country Club Road. Make a right onto Richland Avenue and follow to second traffic light. Make a left onto College Avenue and follow to stop sign. Cross Hokes Mill Road to and continue along College Avenue until the stop sign. Make a right onto Trinity Road and follow to Route 30. Make a left onto Route 30 and continue for approximately 14 miles. Make a right onto North Berlin Street, and than make another right onto Berlin Road to Reception Center: New Oxford Jr./Sr. High School.
Alternate Route 2:
From York College (west of the College): Make a right from the main college entrance onto Country Club Road. Make a right onto Richland Avenue and then make a left onto Indian Rock Dam Road. Bear right after passing through the traffic light and under the railroad bridge. Make a left at the first road you come to (this is still Indian Rock Dam Road) and continue until you reach the stop sign. Continue straight onto E. George Street after stopping at the stop sign. Follow George Street to the stop light. Make a right onto N. Main Street (name will change into Trinity Road) and follow to Route 30. Make a left onto Route 30 and continue for approximately 14 miles. Make a right onto North Berlin Street, and than make another right onto Berlin Road to Reception Center: New Oxford Jr./Sr. High School.
