January Orientation

For students entering in the spring semester, York College offers a modified orientation program the day before classes begin in January. During this time we invite students to campus to review college services, policies and meet with academic advisors.

We encourage both new and transfer students to take advantage of this opportunity to become aquainted with all YCP has to offer.

Orientation will be held Jan. 22, 2013.

Informa‌tion will be mailed in early January regarding specific details.

Orientation Overview

The information below with help you plan your day on campus.

  • Events for new and transfer students begins at approximatly 9:30 a.m. in the Iosue Student Union
    • Parking is available on Main Campus.
  • Students will be welcomed by President George Waldner
  • Students will hear from several important campus offices
  • A complimentary lunch will be available
  • Student Academic Advising meetings for all
  • Optional small group meetings with Orientation Leaders
