Fall Orientation

Held the week before classes begin in the fall, Orientation introduces you to York College's exciting campus life and helps you make connections within our supportive Spartan community.

We strongly encourage all new students to attend in its entirety. Not only does it provide important campus and academic information, it is also stocked with fun activities hand-chosen to engage and entertain!

Orientation is an investment in your College career!

Orientation 2012

Orientation begins on Friday, August 24, 2012. The program will span the 4 days leading up to the begining og classes on Monday evening, August 27.

Resident students may begin movining in on the morning of August 24. 

The orientation program will then begin in the mid afternoon. Parents, Families, and Friends, may then depart campus following the Kick off session, and welcome reception.

No registration is required for Fall orientation! Because there are no fees for attending the orientation program, we automatically enroll all incoming students in the program and will have a schedule prepared for them. We strongly reccommend new students participation in orientation as this time will serve to prepare students for the social and academic transitions into campus life.
