TylerRunApartments Northside/Tyler Complex

Tyler Run Apts. III  - houses upperclass students in 4 person apartments; students are responsible for cleaning their respective apartments which include bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and common areas; Double Rooms $3,450.00 per semester; Single Rooms $3,950.00 per semester.   

Tyler Run Apts. I & II - houses upperclass students in 5 person apartments; students are responsible for cleaning their respective apartments which include bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and common areas; Double Rooms $3,450.00 per semester; Single Rooms $3,950.00 per semester.

WestCampusCommunityCenter West Campus Complex

Little Run Lodge* - houses upperclass students in suites ranging from 2-5 person; students are responsible for cleaning their respective suites which include bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and common areas; Double Rooms $3,450.00 per semester; Single Rooms $3,950.00 per semester.

Spring Garden Apts., Brockie Commons and Richland Hall - houses upperclass students in apartments ranging from 4-5 person; students are responsible for cleaning their respective apartments which include bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and common areas; Double Rooms $3,450.00 per semester; Single Rooms $3,950.00 per semester.

Country Club Manor Apartments** - houses upperclass students in apartments ranging from 2-5 person; students are responsible for cleaning their respective apartments which include bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and common areas; $3,295.00 per semester.

Kieffer, Curry, Wenger, Arnold and Newberry - small houses on the border of campus that house student organizations, typically sororities; residents are responsible for cleaning their respective houses which include bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and common areas; Double Rooms $3,295.00 per semester, Single Rooms $3,745.00 per semester.
