Transcripts

Please download and fill out a Transcript Request Form.  

• The fee for a transcript is $5.00 per copy. (The $5 transcript fee can be cash, check , or money order payable to York College of PA.)

• You will need the exact mailing address for the institution or location to which the transcript should be sent.

• You may request an Official transcript to be sent to you. It will be sent in a specially marked, sealed envelope which must then be forwarded unopened.

The completed Transcript Request form, plus the fee per copy should be sent to:

(Sorry, transcript requests and Official transcripts may NOT be faxed.)

Transcript requests will be processed as quickly as possible. Please allow extra time at peak periods (end of semester, commencement, etc.)

**NOTE: All financial obligations to the College must be cleared before transcript requests will be honored.
