Requests for verification of enrollment such as insurance verifications and student loan deferment forms should be submitted to the Records Office for completion and certification. If a specific form is not provided, a standard enrollment verification letter will be issued.
Enrollment verifications may be submitted in person to the Records Office, by mail, or by fax.

Enrollment verifications are processed on a daily basis. Please allow extra processing time at peak request times such as the beginning of the semester.
The Records Office attempts to honor request to return requests via FAX as time and work-load permits.
