The mission of the Office of Intercultural Student Life and Global Programming (ISLGP) is to provide educational and social programs to ensure the integration of all students into college life; partnering with faculty, staff, and YCP community members in advancing this mission. These programs enrich the overall educational experience and create an inclusive campus environment. Our goal is to appreciate cultural differences while celebrating cultural similarities, in concert with the York College mission, which interconnect us.
The vision of ISLGP seeks to assist students in their development as part of our college community which shares in a strong commitment to unity and fulfillment of the York College Mission.
The Intercultural Student Life and Global Programming staff, students, and employees at YCP are to maintain justice, civility, integrity, and respect towards all persons. We are here to foster a learning environment throughout the college years and promote learning, development and professionalism to better your being for good citizenship.
All students are encouraged to participate in college activities without regard to sex, race, color, creed, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, diability, social affiliation, or age.
