Student Help

Students who experience technology-related issues with personal computers or YCP-owned computers will benefit from personalized assistance from the I.T. Help Desk. We can provide support for issues with email, printing, software (e.g. Microsoft Office), web-based applications (e.g. Blackboard), and network connectivity.

Location

The IT Help Desk is located on the first floor of the Performing Arts Center building, Room 181.
