When reporting an issue, please be as detailed as possible. Include your name, contact information, description of the problem, the location of the issue (if applicable), and if anyone else is affected, please include their names as well.
A workorder will be created for your issue. You will receive an email confirmation of the workorder at your York College (ycp.edu) email address. To communicate with us on your issue, just reply to the email with the subject intact.
