Faculty and staff who experience technology-related issues with personal computers or YCP-owned computers will benefit from personalized assistance from the IT Help Desk. We provide support for issues with email, printing, software (e.g. Microsoft Office), web-based applications (e.g. Blackboard), and network connectivity. In addition, the IT Help Desk will provide training to assist faculty and staff in their use of campus-supported equipment and applications. New employees to York College are offered individualized training sessions for a successful start at York College.
The IT Help Desk is located on the first floor of the Performing Arts Center building, Room 181.
