Assistant Coach, Men's and Women's Track and Field Throws (Javelin)

 

Part-time administrative coaching position available immediately. Qualified candidate will assist the head coach in the daily operation of the intercollegiate Men’s and Women’s Track and Field programs with responsibilities inclusive of recruiting, practice planning and execution for throws (javelin), home meet management, overseeing throwing facilities, travel coordination, and oversight of student-athlete academic progress.  Additional duties as assigned by the head coach. Bachelor’s Degree Required. Collegiate coaching and/or competitive experience preferred. Full-Time Maintenance Technician

 

An anticipated Full-Time Maintenance (40 hours/week) position with the Maintenance Department will be available. The assignment will be Monday through Friday from 3:30 p.m. until midnight.  Performs general maintenance and utility tasks of various types to care for and maintain all college buildings, and related facilities. Maintain electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment; perform general carpentry functions, but not limited to new construction, refurbishing, painting, roof and masonry repairs, and assist with snow removal. Successful candidate must have a valid driver’s license, and 3 years general maintenance experience; excellent customer skills, and able to communicate verbally and written with students, faculty, and staff/administration. Position requires high school diploma or equivalent. Part-Time Business Development Manager

 

York College of Pennsylvania is seeking a Part-Time Business Development Manager (approximately 28 hours per week) to assist our incubated client companies, produce programs, and manage outreach efforts for the J.D. Brown Center for Entrepreneurship.   This position is the main interface between incubated client companies and various constituencies within the College community.  The Business Development Manager will interact with students, faculty, incubated client companies, industry executives, and the entrepreneurial support system in South Central Pennsylvania.  The Center is an entrepreneurial venture inside York College of Pennsylvania.  A successful candidate needs to be high energy, possess a can-do attitude, able to balance many projects simultaneously and have excellent organizational skills.  Bachelor’s degree preferred, 1-2 years’ experience in a marketing role utilizing new media, and demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship.  Prior experience with business incubators, early stage companies, government economic development programs, or banking preferred. Shuttle Bus Driver

 

Part-Time staff position available immediately. Monday through Friday from 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. during academic sessions. Availability to work additional assignment when needed a plus.
