Human Resources Coordinator

 

Full-time staff position available July 1, 2015.  The position coordinates and supports a broad range of functions within the Human Resources Department including greeting and directing visitors and responding to a variety of inquiries; coordinating and assisting with the onboarding process; maintaining multiple databases, including human resources information systems management; departmental web pages; monitoring and maintaining confidential departmental, applicant and personnel files and records; and administrative support to the Human Resources Director.  Requires at least two years or more experience in human resources and a minimum of a high school degree or equivalent, Associates degree preferred.  Successful candidates will possess excellent organization and customer service skills; professionalism, confidentiality and interpersonal skills; effective written and oral communication; flexibility and ability to work under deadlines; and computer literacy in Microsoft Office.  Position offers competitive benefits along with tuition remission.  Email cover ltr. and resume to employment@ycp.edu by June 1, 2015.
