Assistant Coach, Field Hockey

 

Part-time administrative coaching position available August 1, 2014. Qualified candidate will assist the head coach in all aspects of the daily operation of the intercollegiate Field Hockey program with responsibilities inclusive of recruiting, on-field coaching, practice and game preparation, travel coordination, and oversight of student-athlete academic progress. Additional duties as assigned by the head coach. Bachelor’s Degree Required. Collegiate coaching and/or competitive experience preferred. College Psychiatrist

 

College Psychiatrist position (part-time, 9 months, 4-5 hours/week), is available with York College Health Services. Employment to begin in late August 2014. Duties include providing psychiatric and medication evaluations and management for students seen at Health Services during the school year. Provide consultation with Health Services and Counseling Services staff to assist with clinical treatment. Consult with parents, physicians, faculty, staff/administrators, other community treatment providers, and students when appropriate.  Limited phone consultations between times in the office as needed for emergency consultation about clients seen. Requires a M.D. or D.O. with board certification in psychiatry. Experience working with a multidisciplinary treatment team, and the ability to treat students from diverse backgrounds within a college setting. Ability to work effectively in a collegiate setting with students, faculty, administrators, and staff. Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and be able to practice medicine in an ethical, professional manner and maintain Pennsylvania MD Licensure. Experience with Nuesoft Software is helpful.

Director of the York College Fund

 

York College of Pennsylvania is seeking a full-time Director of the York College Fund to serve in the Advancement Division. The Director will develop and implement all strategies related to the identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of prospects in support of the York College Fund. York College has achieved four consecutive years of record charitable support from its benefactors and looks forward to welcoming a dedicated professional to the team. Reporting to the Assistant Dean of Development, the ideal candidate will join a group of motivated, team-oriented professionals. We seek an individual with exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Some travel, night and weekend work will be necessary.  A passion for the distinct mission of York College is essential.

A Bachelor’s degree is required with a minimum of three years of development/fundraising experience with an annual fund/annual giving campaign preferred. Experience with developing and managing relationships with key donors and prospects (preferable in higher education) is essential.  Salary and benefits will be competitive.
