Intern Athletic Trainer

 

The Department of Athletics and Recreation is seeking an Intern Athletic Trainer, beginning August of 2015. This 9 month administrative position (approx. mid-August through mid-May) is directly responsible for assisting with the athletic health care of all York College student-athletes, the supervision of student sports medicine assistants, and in assisting the Head Athletic Trainer with all operations of the athletic training room.  A competitive hourly rate with room (fully furnished one-bedroom apartment) and board (full meal plan) are provided with the position.  Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from a CAATE curriculum institution, BOC Certification and eligible for Licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, CPR/FA/AED current certification. Major Gifts Officer

 

York College of Pennsylvania is seeking a full-time Major Gifts Officer to serve in the Advancement Division. The Major Gifts Officer will be responsible for managing a portfolio of individual donors and prospects, establishing and cultivating relationships that culminate in financial support of the College.

York College has achieved four consecutive years of record charitable support from its benefactors and looks forward to welcoming a new dedicated professional to the team. Reporting to the Assistant Dean of Development, the ideal candidate will join a group of motivated, team-oriented professionals. We seek an individual with exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Regional and frequent overnight travel is expected. A passion for the distinct mission of York College is essential.

Three to five years of fundraising experience in higher education is preferred. A bachelor's degree is required. Salary and benefits will be competitive. Systems Engineer

 

Systems Engineer:  A full-time position of Systems Engineer is available in the Information Technology Department. The Systems Engineer is responsible for general systems administration of physical and virtual servers and storage systems as well as system level applications to support network services on the York College Network. A Bachelor’s Degree in CS, Engineering, MIS or a related field and 2 years experience; experience with Unix/Linux systems; knowledge of Windows operating systems, cloud computing and familiarity with basic networking concepts are required.
