Center for Teaching & Learning

The Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) supports York College learning outcomes by collaborating with faculty and students to sponsor a variety of resources, programs and services that enhance both teaching and learning processes.

The CTL is located on the ground floor of Humanities Center, Room 01.

Monday-Thursday - 8 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Fridays - 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. 

Writing Center

The Writing Center is open on Reading Day, Wednesday, December 10, 2014, and will then close until, Wednesday, January 28, 2015.  It is located in HUM19.  

Math Assistance

Appointments with a math tutor will continue through Thursday, December 11, 2014.  Click on the CTL icon from MyYCP and continue to the online booking system to schedule individual consultations.  Students will meet our math tutors in the CTL, HUM01.

Assistance with Select Courses

Drop-in hours for content tutors close on Tuesday, December 9, 2014.  Students may email a content tutor to ask about setting up individual appointments, but these are dependent on the availability of the tutor.  Call the CTL at 815-1296 for tutor contacts.
