Center for Teaching & Learning

The Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) supports York College learning outcomes by collaborating with faculty and students to sponsor a variety of resources, programs and services that enhance both teaching and learning processes.

Monday-Thursday - 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Fridays - 8 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. 

 

Writing Center

The Writing Center is located in HUM19 and is open during the hours listed below.  

Summer I: 

Mondays – Thursdays

12-3pm

 

Summer II: 

Mondays and Wednesdays

11am - 2pm and 3 - 5pm

Tuesdays and Thursdays 

12 – 1pm and 3 – 5pm


 

Math Assistance

Peer Math Tutors are available for select courses during all summer terms.  Click on the link below to see the listing of tutors and their contact information.  Students may email a tutor to ask about scheduling an appointment, and the tutors will meet with students as their time permits.  Call the CTL at 815-1296 for further information.
