Payment Options

After you have filed the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) to take advantage of all grants, scholarships and federal student loans that are available, the following payment options are available to pay the remaining balance.

 

In Person:
Checks, money orders, cash and credit cards (MasterCard, Visa and Discover) will be accepted at the Business Office during regular business hours. Checks should be made payable to York College of PA.

By Mail:
Checks or money orders may be sent to the attention of the York College Business Office, 441 Country Club Road, York, PA 17403-3651. Checks should be made payable to York College of PA.

Online:
A secure payment may be made online. Master Card, Visa or Discover are accepted. There are no additional convenience fees charged. Click for Online Payment Instructions.

Installment Plan:
Information regarding the payment plan is mailed directly to students from Higher Education Services, Inc. The 10-month installment plan enables parents and students to budget all or a portion of the annual college costs into 10 payments. Payment or arrangements for payment must be made before a student may enter class. A monthly late payment fee will be applied to all past due accounts. Any collection costs are the responsibility of the student.
