The Career Development Center at York College is dedicated to helping you recruit the talent your company needs to be successful. We provide a variety of strategies and services to help you connect with talented students and alumni.

As a service to both our students and their potential employers we use an online recruiting and job posting system called Spartan Career Path powered by NACElink/Symplicity. With Spartan Career Path, you’ll be able to:

  1. Post your jobs, internships and co-ops to York College students and alumni for free. Please note, multi–school postings will be charged a fee by NACElink.
  2. Schedule on-campus interviews and information sessions/tables
  3. Register for upcoming recruiting events
  4. Conveniently use just one username and password for any school in the NACElink network of schools

After logging in to Spartan Career Path, please complete your employer profile with as much information as possible to get full use of the system. The more information you provide the more attention your company will get from students and alumni.
