Jefferson Wellness Center
Overview
Jefferson Wellness Center opened in 2004 and is a cooperative venture between Housing Authority of York and York College Department of Nursing. Jefferson Wellness Center is open one day per week and serves low income families who reside in Parkway Homes, Codorus Homes, and Wellington Homes. Elderly residents of York Towne House are also served through the Jefferson Wellness Center. The services provided include group health teaching interventions. Individual care is provided through home visits.

Drive north on George Street, cross the railroad tracks, and turn left on Jefferson Ave. Jefferson Center will be on your right at the corner of Jefferson Street and Pershing Avenue. Parking for students in located at the rear of the building. You must enter the building at the Pershing Avenue entrance. The Jefferson Wellness Center is located in Room 11 of the Jefferson Center.
